Champis: Breaking the Ice Stand-Up Comedy in Nicosia

Champis (Champis Damianos), one of Cyprus's most beloved stand-up comedians, returns to the stage with his second solo show, "Breaking the Ice" (Να σπάσει ο Πάγος), performing across Nicosia and Limassol, Cyprus, this November 2026. Presented by COPYBET and produced by Motion Comedy and Black Lemon TV, the show promises an evening of raw personal storytelling, sharp self-deprecating humour, crowd work, and real emotional depth.

This time around, Champis isn't running for president — instead, he's doing things his favourite way: breaking the ice. He takes the audience through a range of personal topics περιλαμβάνει his grandmother's complicated relationship with TikTok, why he's afraid to have kids, why he's known as the Secretary-General of Cancellations, his unique reasons for hating Christmas, the best (and worst) hate comments he's received, his experience inside a prison, and how comedy helps him cope with loss.

With honesty, humour, and moments that hit closer to home than you'd expect, this show is part stand-up, part therapy — and completely unmissable. The show is suitable for audiences aged 15 and over and runs approximately 80 minutes.
