Joe Hisaishi — Events in Cyprus
Joe Hisaishi (born 1950) is a Japanese composer, conductor, and music producer widely regarded as one of the most important film composers in cinema history. His lifelong collaboration with director Hayao Miyazaki produced some of the most beloved orchestral scores ever written — including Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, Castle in the Sky, My Neighbor Totoro, Kiki's Delivery Service, and Spirited Away. Beyond Ghibli, he has composed for films by Takeshi Kitano and regularly conducts major orchestras worldwide in concert.
