About Milenko Stevanović
Milenko Stevanović is a Serbian artist who settled in Cyprus around 2021 and works in painting, watercolour, charcoal drawing and stone lithography. His solo exhibition Closely Observed, at the IN TOTO exhibition space in Nicosia from 17 September to 15 October 2026, presented portraits of people he met on the island, his family and himself, often set against plain coloured backgrounds. He frequently draws on the streets of Nicosia, and some of his large canvases required sittings of many hours.
