Naughty by Nature

Naughty by Nature are an American hip-hop trio from East Orange, New Jersey, formed in 1987 and comprising rappers Treach (Anthony Criss), Vinnie (Vincent Brown), and DJ Kay Gee (Keir Lamont Gist). One of the defining groups of the golden age of hip-hop, they broke through globally with the 1991 classic O.P.P., followed by Hip Hop Hooray in 1992 — two of the most iconic tracks in rap history. Known for their hard-hitting beats, sharp lyricism, and street-level authenticity, Naughty by Nature bridged the gap between hardcore hip-hop and crossover pop appeal. With multiple gold and platinum albums and a Grammy Award to their name, they remain one of the most respected names in the genre's history. Their appearance at 7seas in Cyprus brought golden-age hip-hop royalty to the island's live music scene.
