This outdoor fitness festival in Limassol, Cyprus takes place on 25 and 26 April 2026 at Molos and brings together movement, music and wellness in a high-energy, two-day experience. Heatwave Fitness Festival is designed as an all-access event where participants can train, reset and connect at their own pace.
Across both days, the festival offers unlimited access to non-stop fitness classes ranging from intense sessions to slower, mindful movement. The programme includes pilates, bootcamp, HIIT, boxing, strength training, core and cardio, delivered by gyms, studios and instructors from Cyprus and abroad.
