Every Monday evening we meet by the Paphos Castle.
Make a group photo.
Do warming up.
Run 5-10km in easy pace (6.30-5.30 min/km, depending on the attendees).
Do stretching.
Wish each other a great week ahead and leave until next Monday.
Join us in all Cyprus cities!
