This stand-up comedy event in Cyprus takes place from March 15–17, 2026 as Dragos brings his new “Source of Sadness Tour” work-in-progress show to Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia.
Romanian comedian Dragos has toured more than 80 European cities and released successful comedy specials including Hungry Hungry Dragon, Best Case Scenario and Schengen Special. Known for his cultural observations and international perspective, he performs primarily in English for audiences across Europe.
The new show blends dark humour, cultural commentary and audience interaction through crowd work. The performance explores themes such as cultural differences across Europe, personal struggles and everyday situations, presented with Dragos’s distinctive comedic style.
Doors open at 19:30 and the show starts at 20:00 at each venue. Some venues may also offer VIP seating options for the front rows.
Dragos is a Cypriot stand-up comedian who has established himself as one of the island's most popular and consistent live comedy performers. Known for sharp, observational humour rooted in the everyday experiences of life in Cyprus — cultural contradictions, relationships, and the particular absurdities of island living — Dragos has built a loyal following through regular performances at venues including DownTown Live in Nicosia and Savino Rock Bar, as well as at Kiklos Music Venue. His accessible, quick-witted comedy style has made him a favourite among both Cypriot-born audiences and the island's international community.
