Love Letters. Poets’ Letters About Love - Dramatic Readings

On World Poetry Day we invite you to a special theatrical evening at Mnogoknig bookstore.

Actors from Good Sign Theatre will present dramatic readings of love letters written by poets and their beloved ones. These intimate, sincere and sometimes painful letters reveal the deeply personal side of literary figures and allow us to glimpse the emotions and experiences that inspired some of the most famous poems in world literature.

Unlike traditional theatrical readings of plays, this evening focuses on letters — a unique literary form that captures real voices, relationships and feelings.

The program will include letters by and to:

• Daniil Kharms
• Alexander Vvedensky
• Joseph Brodsky
• Zinaida Gippius
• Lilya Brik
and many others.

Good Sign Theatre is an independent theatre company based in Cyprus, working with contemporary theatrical formats and literary texts.

The reading lasts about one hour.

The format allows free entrance and exit during the event, so you are welcome to join even for a short time and become part of this literary evening.
