The travel agency Salonica View organizes a special nature excursion that combines hiking and Yoga in one of the beautiful natural landscapes of Cyprus, Xyliatos Dam. This experience is perfect for those who want to escape the routine, relax, and spend a wonderful day in nature, combining movement, mindfulness and positive energy.
The group will depart by bus in the morning from the Nicosia Craft Center and head to the Xylatos Dam.
Upon arrival, participants will begin a hike along a loop trail around the dam, enjoying the peaceful scenery and natural beauty of the area.
After the walk, a relaxing yoga session will take place at the picnic area adjacent to the dam. This will be a wonderful opportunity to stretch the body, calm the mind, and feel at one with nature.
To conclude the program, participants will enjoy a group picnic, after which, filled with pleasant memories of a refreshing day in the fresh air, they will return to Nicosia.
