This creative craft workshop for adults in Nicosia, Cyprus is presented by Slow Sew in collaboration with the A.G. Leventis Gallery on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 from 18:30 to 20:30. Titled «A Fabric Vase Decorated with the Felting Technique», the 2-hour session is led by fashion tutors Georgia Moditi and Anna Apostolou. Participation costs €60 (prepayment required to confirm reservation). Spaces are limited and the workshop is open to all levels.
Inspired by Pierre-Auguste Renoir's painting «White Roses», participants will learn basic sewing and felting techniques and create their own fabric vase, decorating it with unique patterns and textures using the felting method (wool shaping technique). Throughout the workshop, emphasis is placed on creative expression, experimentation with materials, and enjoying the process in a relaxed and supportive environment.
