The Embassy of the State of Palestine in the Republic of Cyprus invites audiences to a special free screening of "The Voice of Hind Rajab" by Tunisian director Kaouther Ben Hania, at Pantheon Cinema in Nicosia, Cyprus, on Saturday 18 April 2026 at 20:00. Subtitles available in Greek and English.

On 29 January 2024, a young girl named Hind called the Palestinian Red Crescent. She was trapped inside a car that had come under fire, surrounded by the bodies of her family — her uncles and four young cousins. She tried to keep the line open. Hours passed. "It's getting dark… I'm scared," she was heard saying. When rescuers were finally allowed to approach, they too came under fire as soon as they arrived. Hind did not survive. The film does not simply narrate these events — it carries Hind's real voice. A voice that becomes a call, a testimony, and a memory that does not fade.
