This unique workshop combining saxophone and Pilates takes place at Flawless Studio by Chloe in Limassol, Cyprus, on Saturday 25 April 2026 from 11:00 to 12:30. Open to saxophonists who already know the basics and want to take their playing further through movement and breath work.

The workshop focuses on how body awareness, posture, and breath control directly shape saxophone tone and expression — unlocking sound from the inside out through movement, breath, and saxophone playing. Participants can expect to build greater awareness of how the body influences their instrument, developing a more expressive and grounded sound.
