Buy TicketsMMA Bushido Cyprus — Fighting Championship is the first MMA-only cage event of its kind to take place in Cyprus. On Saturday, 9 May 2026, Paphos Castle will host an extraordinary night of professional Mixed Martial Arts competition under internationally recognised MMA rules.
The event features 13 bouts across multiple weight divisions, with fighters representing Cyprus, Poland, Lithuania, Israel, Russia, Georgia, Germany, Greece and Palestine competing in the cage. Bushido Fighting Championship is the renowned European MMA promotion that has been running events continuously since 1999 and has helped launch the careers of some of the sport's greatest fighters.
The event will be broadcast live on FIGHT+ HD and Prime FIGHT HD in over 120 countries, with an expected viewership of 50,000 to 100,000. Live attendance is capped at approximately 800 spectators with a dedicated VIP section accommodating 150+ executives and guests in a ringside hospitality environment.
