Not sure how else to surprise your child? This Saturday at the Synerjoy Center, an amazing and mysterious instrument—the oboe—will be heard.
Participants will learn: what role it plays in an orchestra and why it’s so popular in cartoons.
And most importantly—every child will have their own role in a musical fairy tale: your little one will be able to choose their favorite character and voice it.
Usually, children aren’t very familiar with this instrument, and, as a rule, the oboe is used to play Bach… But with them, this “wooden pipe” will start squeaking like a rabbit and quacking like a duck.
Mila Matyushina—a multi-instrumentalist instructor at the educational center—invites children ages 3 to 10 to the world of fairy tales and music as part of the “Children’s Non-Philharmonic” project.
“We look forward to seeing your little dreamers!”
Participation is free. Space is limited.
