"Here Only Alone" is an interactive musical storytelling performance combining theatrical action and live music in Larnaca, Cyprus. The show takes place on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Tasos Mitsopoulos Municipal Theatre in Larnaca.
Based on the fairy tale by Vangelis Gettos, this performance invites children and adults to reflect on the relationship between human activity and Cyprus' marine life. The production is part of the official celebrations of European Maritime Day 2026 and operates under the auspices of the UN Ocean Decade for Ocean Science for Sustainable Development.
The creative team includes Marina Katsari as narrator, Giannis Koutis on music and role interpretation, and Thetis Christoforou on masks. The show is organized by the Cyprus Environment Foundation with support from Enalia Physis Environmental Research Centre.
