A Fun-Filled Weekend in the Kids' Area at Cafe Toucan

This weekend, Cafe Toucan will host children’s workshops—a format where kids will have plenty to do while their parents enjoy a peaceful lunch or coffee.

These are creative and engaging activities where every child will not just be a participant but will fully immerse themselves in the process—trying things out, experimenting, and making something with their own hands.

Candle-Making Workshop in a Seashell
Saturday, April 25, 2026, 3:00 PM

Children will create a candle from scratch:

• choose a scent and design
• work with natural soy wax
• pour the wax into a seashell
• decorate the finished product

As a result, every child will leave with a candle they made themselves.

“Boiled Playdough” Workshop
Sunday, April 26, 2026, 3:00 PM

Children will create playdough from scratch:

• learn about the composition and ingredients
• examine them under a microscope
• mix the components
• choose colors, glitter, and scents
• make their own modeling clay and take it home

“This is a format that combines creativity, experimentation, and an interest in the process—the children will really have something to do,” say the organizers.

Participation in each workshop: €20 (includes all materials and a drink).
