Keffiyeh Made in China: Palestinian Theatre in Nicosia

The 10th Theatre Festival of Strovolos Municipality presents "KEFFIYEH MADE IN CHINA" by Palestinian playwright Dalia Taha, a powerful theatrical experience in Nicosia, Cyprus on May 13, 2026.

This episodic work unfolds through autonomous scenes, capturing contemporary life in Palestine. A powerful artistic "collage" of human stories, full of emotion, humor and deep humanity, speaking about loss, pain, but also human resilience. The play explores the need for love, life, and survival, and the attempt to find light within the madness of war.

Performed by Antilogos Theatre with translation by Fotis Fotiou and direction by Eleni Anastasiou. The cast features Christina Christofia, Dimitris Antoniou, Elya Palatou, and Fotis Fotiou, with music by Freideriki Tompazou and Savvas Chrysostomou.
