About This Event
Experience a special day excursion to Troodos Mountains in Cyprus that combines hiking and Yoga in nature. An ideal experience to escape from daily routine, relax and recharge with energy in a magical mountain landscape.
Our journey starts from Nicosia (Cyprus Handicraft Center) and we head towards Troodos Square. We hike on the "Persephone" trail, enjoying fresh air and unique views. Afterwards, we relax with a Yoga class in nature for complete body and mind relief.
🌿 Yoga in nature is a relaxing experience that combines breathing, movement and tranquility, helping you restore your balance. Duration approximately 1 hour. Benefits include improved flexibility and body posture, stress reduction, increased energy and concentration, as well as inner balance.
