    About This Event

On June 18 at 18:00, we invite you to a lecture by Ekaterina Kosareva — founder of Good Place in Limassol, psychologist, Gestalt therapist, supervisor, and educator with more than 15 years of professional experience.

Many of us live with the feeling that we need to become better, more successful, more productive, or more self-aware. We constantly work on ourselves, pursue new goals, and achieve results, yet a sense of fulfillment often remains out of reach.

During this lecture, we will explore how feelings of inadequacy develop and why the pursuit of perfection can turn into an endless cycle that leaves little room for satisfaction, joy, and genuine self-acceptance.

    Topics we will discuss:

    • how feelings of inner inadequacy are formed
    • where the inner critic comes from and why its voice feels so convincing
    • why striving to become a “better version of yourself” often fails to bring relief
    • how perfectionism affects well-being and enjoyment of life
    • why achievements do not always lead to satisfaction
    • practical steps toward breaking free from the cycle of perfectionism

This lecture is not about becoming more efficient or productive. It is about learning to recognize your value as you are and building a more supportive and authentic relationship with yourself.

The event will be especially valuable for people who place high demands on themselves, often feel that they are “not doing enough,” are interested in psychology and personal development, or feel exhausted by constant self-improvement.

Seats are limited. Registration is required.
