Confessions - I Was Once A Child

Confessions: I Was Once a Child is an experimental devising theatre performance in Limassol, Cyprus, premiering on Saturday, 1 August 2026 at Synergeio Theatre. Performed entirely in English, this bold piece fearlessly delves into the raw realities of growing up, revisits old traumas, and dares to ask who we were before the world changed us.

Four friends. One pulsing techno club. A flood of confessions. This is a celebration of flaws, of sins, and of the relentless beat of techno — an immersive evening that pulls the audience into its world from the very first moment.

Upon arrival, audience members are invited to anonymously write down a personal confession and are offered a choice between a shot of water or vodka, setting the tone for an evening that blurs the line between performer and spectator. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 20:30.
