The Satirical Theatre Festival 2026 presents seven unique productions from July 7-17 in Nicosia, Cyprus. The festival explores contemporary themes through satirical theatre, comedy and drama.
The festival opens with "Hear Me Raw", a satirical comedy about the wellness industry. Following this, the children's show "Alice in Football Land" addresses self-esteem and perseverance, while "Sessions" combines movement and speech. "Electra Untitled" offers a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic tragedy, "Paraphernalia" examines the loss of meaning, while "Flat Shoes" presents the contradictions of life in your thirties. The festival concludes with "Diary in Progress" exploring loneliness and existence.
