No experience is needed. There is no choreography — only free movement. The event welcomes everyone.

Is photography allowed during the event?

No. The space is phone-free and photography or video recording is not permitted during the practice.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. You will dance barefoot on the grass, so no footwear is needed on the dance floor.

Is food or drink provided?

Each session opens with ceremonial cacao or non-alcoholic mulled wine. The event is fully alcohol and substance free.
