The Limassol Therapy Center presents a powerful live experience dedicated to self-care and mental reconnection at Rialto Theatre in Limassol, Cyprus, on Saturday 26 September 2026. This is an invitation to pause, reflect, and return to everything you have left behind in the effort to be strong for everyone else.
On stage, two mental health professionals come together for an evening of awakening: Giannis Athanasopoulos, Clinical Psychologist, and Evangelia Dimitriou, Systemic Psychotherapist and Trauma Therapist. Through a blend of spoken word and experiential moments, they open an honest conversation about the importance of genuine self-care and the courage it takes to reconnect with oneself.
