Overkill is an American thrash metal band formed in 1980 in New Jersey, led by founding members bassist D.D. Verni and vocalist Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth, and counted among the East Coast's most enduring and successful thrash acts. They make their Cyprus debut in Limassol as special guests of Kreator on the "Krushers of the World" tour.
Kreator and Overkill are set to headline a landmark thrash metal concert in Limassol, Cyprus on Sunday, 22 November 2026 at Monte Caputo — marking the historic debut of both bands on the island. This is a must-attend event for every metal fan in Cyprus, as two genre-defining acts share the same stage for one night only.
German thrash metal legends Kreator bring their Krushers of the World world tour to Cyprus for the very first time, featuring material from both their extensive back catalogue and their sixteenth studio album, Krushers of the World, released on 16 January 2026 via Nuclear Blast Records. With over 2 million albums sold worldwide and more than 40 years of dominance in the metal scene, Kreator's live show is a relentless, high-octane experience. Joining them as special guests are New Jersey thrash icons Overkill, also making their Cyprus debut, delivering the raw power and ferocious energy for which they are celebrated worldwide.
