Book Swap in Paphos

Booky is joining the Friendly Swap event in Paphos, which will take place with the support of Owlcat Games at the Beon Active Office space.

On August 6, the Booky project will be the book-focused part of Friendly Swap—an event where you can give items a second life by swapping them or finding new owners for them.

Anyone with books they’ve already read is invited to bring them to the swap. Books can be dropped off in advance at the Beon reception desk starting July 27 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) or brought directly on the day of the event.

To make the book swap even more convenient, books you plan to bring can be added to the Booky platform in advance. When adding a book, simply note that it’s part of the “friendly swap”—that way, other participants will be able to see it before the event begins. Even if a book doesn’t find a new reader at the event itself, it will remain in the Booky system, where someone else can find it later.

In addition to books, you can bring clothing, accessories, gadgets, toys, plants, tableware, and other small items in good condition. For items you’d rather sell than swap, there will be a resale stand at the venue.
