Resi Festival in Letymbou Village

The Resi Festival in Letymbou is dedicated to resi, one of the most traditional dishes served at Cypriot weddings.

The women of the village prepare the dish for visitors, offering an authentic gastronomic experience. Resi is made with meat and wheat, slowly cooked until it reaches a creamy texture. The event also includes traditional music, dances, other local delicacies, zivania and village wine.
