A Musical Stroll by the Sea. Moonwalk 2026

Imagine: the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea, music all around, thousands of people, dancing, lights, and 6 kilometers of the most beautiful coastline, which comes alive as evening falls.

On September 27, Protaras will host Moonwalk 2026—one of the largest seaside music walks in Cyprus!

It all begins at sunset…

You’ll set off with the music and gradually step into the night.

And somewhere between the last rays of the sun and the moonlight, that very magic is sure to happen.

The musical walk will start at the Agios Nikolaos Chapel in Pernera, and the 6-kilometer route will end at the cove beyond Fig Tree Bay in Protaras.

Along the route, visitors will be able to enjoy food, drinks, and water at various stops, as well as observe the full moon through telescopes provided by the Cyprus Astronomical Society.

You can pick up your own free route map at local stores or at designated locations during the festival from volunteers with the “Youth of Paralimni” organization, who will be stationed at the kiosks.
