Zagros x Techno Temple - Breathwork & Techno - Nature Edition - African Stevenson

Lineup: TESS.WICH, LA ROZY, AFRICAN STEVENSON, SOPHIA HATZIS.

A breathwork journey powered by live techno — transforming into a full-blown techno experience.

What if breathwork didn’t mean lying silently in a room?

What if the beat could guide your breath, the bass could move through your body, and the journey could take you from deep inner connection straight onto the dancefloor?

Welcome to Techno Temple.

Techno Temple x Zagros Rave invites you into an immersive experience where live techno music, conscious breathwork and somatic movement collide.

Your journey begins with Tess Wich & La Rozy on the decks, creating a live, evolving techno soundscape designed to move with your breath. Guided by Sophia Hatzis, you’ll be led through an energising breathwork and embodiment journey — releasing tension, dropping out of the mind and reconnecting with the intelligence of your body.

No experience with breathwork is necessary. Come exactly as you are.

Then we turn it UP!

As the breathwork journey comes to an end, the music keeps building. The meditation becomes movement. The movement becomes dance.

The temple transforms into a techno party.

Drop into your body.
Release what you’ve been carrying.
Raise your energy.
Lose yourself in the rhythm.
Find yourself on the dancefloor.

THE EXPERIENCE

1. ARRIVE
Leave the outside world at the door and enter a space designed for presence, connection and expression.

2. BREATHE
Sophia guides you through a powerful breathwork journey, accompanied by Tess Wich’s live techno set.

3. MOVE
Let the rhythm take over. Shake, stretch, sway, release and allow your body to express whatever wants to move through you.

4. TRANSCEND
Move beyond the noise of the mind and into a heightened state of presence, energy and connection.

5. DANCE
The breathwork ends. The party begins. Tess.wich takes you deeper into the techno, followed by La RoZy and the temple becomes your dancefloor.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF…

You want to experience techno in a completely different way.
You’re craving a night that makes you feel, not just listen.
You want to reconnect with your body, release built-up energy and get out of your head.
You love techno, movement, consciousness — or simply want to try something completely new.
You don’t need to be a breathwork expert.
You don’t need to know how to dance.
You don’t need to arrive in any particular state.

Just bring yourself, an open mind and a willingness to breathe, move and let go.

Come for the breathwork.
Stay for the techno.
Leave feeling more alive.
