Your journey begins with Tess Wich & La Rozy on the decks, creating a live, evolving techno soundscape designed to move with your breath. Guided by Sophia Hatzis, you’ll be led through an energising breathwork and embodiment journey — releasing tension, dropping out of the mind and reconnecting with the intelligence of your body.

No experience with breathwork is necessary. Come exactly as you are.

Then we turn it UP!

As the breathwork journey comes to an end, the music keeps building. The meditation becomes movement. The movement becomes dance.

The temple transforms into a techno party.
