5th Carob Festival – Agia Fyla

The 5th Carob Festival in Agia Fyla is dedicated to the carob and the important place it once held in the community’s everyday life. The evening features Cypriot music, traditional dances and tsiattista, while visitors will also have the opportunity to taste tzierteziellouthkia, a traditional Cypriot delicacy made with carob syrup.
