Craft Beer Festival: the latest in Cyprus craft beer

Craft Beer Festival brings together under one roof almost all of the latest releases from Cyprus craft breweries this season. This year, the festival will also feature a selection of interesting craft beers from Europe.

There will be more than 25 taps in total. It’s a chance to try the latest seasonal releases in one evening and get a taste of what’s happening in the Cyprus craft beer scene right now.

The festival will feature:

GOLEM Brewhouse
Their traditional range, Cherry Sour and one more secret beer that has not yet been revealed.

Crossline Brewery
Their core range, a new-recipe IPA and Tomato Gose.

Radical Way
NEIPA and Fruit Sour.

Miliou Brewery
A new Cyprus brewery making its Limassol debut. Four beers will be available: a Weisse and several different IPAs.

EVIVA
Tomato Gose and several guest beers from European breweries.

OCTOPUS Brewery
A limited-edition beer, as usual. The exact beer will remain a secret for now. The organisers promise to create something a little strange and bold once again.

For the first time, the festival will also feature a dedicated guest tap for a European brewery. This time, it will be Mad Scientist from Budapest:

• DDH Madhouse — DDH IPA
• Surf Pop Star — Gluten-Free West Coast IPA
• Funk Vault — aged sour with apricot, walnut, cocoa and vanilla, 5% ABV
• Funk 2025 — Foeder Aged American Farmhouse Ale, 2025 edition.

The tasting system has also been slightly changed this year. The festival glass costs €5 at the entrance. After that, you can get a full glass for €6 or half a glass for €3.

A special beer token made up of two halves will allow you to try more beers and find your favourites.

This year, the festival is moving to Warehouse Limassol. There is more space, great sound and, importantly for September in Cyprus, air conditioning.

The festival will have a pirate theme. Guests can expect costumes, games, competitions and pirate-themed stories throughout the evening. You don’t have to dress up completely as Jack Sparrow, but if there’s a pirate somewhere inside you, September 4 is a good day to let them out.

Hungry Angry will be taking care of the burgers, but the menu won’t stop there. There will be plenty of different food options. GiraBio will also be serving jerky, a snack that pairs perfectly with craft beer.

ROCK FM will be taking care of the music. And since it’s a pirate-themed festival, there will be rock.

September 4 means craft beer, seasonal releases, European beers, food, rock and a pirate atmosphere at Warehouse Limassol.
