Gymnasium: A School of Jiu-Jitsu and Emotional Intelligence

What kind of adult will a child become if, from an early age, they learn to understand themselves, take responsibility for their actions, and see the results of their efforts?

Gymnasium is based on a proprietary methodology for comprehensive development, created by international experts. Here, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, emotional intelligence, mentoring, and a motivation system are combined into a single program.

On the tatami, children gain real-world experience: they try, make mistakes, repeat, negotiate, make decisions, and see how their efforts translate into progress. In emotional intelligence classes, this experience helps children reflect on their reactions, better understand themselves, and apply the skills they’ve developed to everyday life: at school, in social interactions, with their families, and in new situations.

Gymnasium becomes an environment where a child’s physical development, character, and emotional maturity come together as a unified system.
