About This Event
On Sunday, 11 October 2026, the village of Paramali will host its annual festival, entirely dedicated to the olive culture, traditions and flavours of Cyprus.
What’s on the programme:
An exhibition and sale of local produce — from fresh olive oil and various varieties of olives to authentic Cypriot delicacies and baked goods.
Hands-on, interactive masterclasses, where experts will demonstrate traditional methods of preparing local dishes using time-honoured recipes.
Themed events and talks exploring the region’s historical heritage and the role of the olive tree in island life.
Performances by local music groups and artistic performances throughout the day.
