About This Event
The 2nd Platres Chocolate Festival will take place over the weekend of 3 and 4 October 2026 in the mountain village of Pano Platres, in the Limassol region. The main venue for the festival will be Platres Central Square.
Over these two days, from 10.00 to 19.00, the famous mountain village will be transformed into the chocolate capital of Cyprus.
The programme is designed for family holidays and includes a host of sweet treats:
A huge selection of chocolate delicacies, handmade sweets, chocolate fountains and hot drinks from local confectioners.
Hands-on, interactive sessions where children can try their hand at being a chocolatier.
A traditional morning walk along picturesque nature trails around the village, to enjoy the fresh mountain air before the start of the sweet marathon.
Live music, traditional Cypriot dances, mosaic and painting workshops, face painting and themed photo spots for the whole family.
