About This Event
The 2026 Festival of Traditional Flavours will take place on Sunday, 11 October 2026, from 10:00 to 17:00, in the mountain village of Lagoudera in Troodos, in the square next to the Church of Saint George.
It is a major gastronomic celebration dedicated to traditional Cypriot cuisine, local products and folk arts.
At the festival, you will be able to try the famous souvla, baked potatoes, Cypriot pies, bourekia, local wine and zivania.
Cooks and artisans will demonstrate traditional cooking methods and prepare halloumi and anari cheeses on site, as well as traditional sweets such as soutzoukos and palouze.
The square will host an exhibition and sale of homemade agricultural products and unique handmade items by local artisans.
