Children’s play: Mickey Mouse on the Planet of Colours

The interactive children’s theatre production Mickey Mouse on the Planet of Colours returns to Cyprus with four unique performances in Limassol and Nicosia. The production, which has regularly played to full houses in Greece, will be staged on 7 and 8 November 2026.

The production has been created by the theatre company W.t.f – Act and is an original adaptation of the very first black-and-white Mickey Mouse cartoon, Steamboat Willie.

Plot: The world’s most famous mouse steps off the black-and-white screen into the reality of the theatre and finds himself on an amazing, colourful planet that is completely new to him. Here, he meets new friends and amusing animals, learns to distinguish colours, and discovers the value of friendship, self-belief and the importance of family.

This is a fully immersive, interactive and hands-on experience for children. Young audience members will actively help Mickey Mouse explore the world, influence the plot’s development, take part in games, and sing and dance at the festive party. The show is complemented by colourful costumes and spectacular choreography.
