About This Event
The Grape and Traditions Festival will take place on Sunday, 18 October 2026, from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm, on the grounds of the Agricultural Museum of Winemaking in the village of Pera Pedi, Limassol District. This event traditionally marks the end of the grape harvest and the preparation of the famous Cypriot dessert made from grape juice and flour – palouza.
Guests will be able to explore the wine museum’s exhibition in detail and learn how Cyprus’s famous wines have been produced for centuries.
Visitors will witness the process of cooking the traditional grape dessert in huge vats under the open sky and taste it whilst it is still hot.
Stalls selling local produce, baked goods and, of course, wines from regional wineries will be set up on the grounds.
