Join Salonica View for an organised day trip to Troodos combining coach transport and a guided hike along the Kannoures trail.
Board the coach in Nicosia at 07:00, Kofinou at 07:30 or Limassol at 08:00. The hike starts at approximately 09:45 and follows the forest trail towards Agios Nikolaos tis Stegis near Kakopetria.
The walking route is approximately 8.5 km and takes 5–6 hours, finishing around 15:00. This is a demanding level 3 hike requiring good physical fitness. An optional lunch follows in Kakopetria. Return to Nicosia is expected around 19:30–20:00; timings may change.
Participation costs €25 per person with coach transport, or €45 with coach transport and lunch. You can also join using your own vehicle: €15 without lunch or €35 with lunch, meeting at Chrysanthis in Kakopetria at 09:00.
Advance booking is required. Specify your pickup point when registering and bring suitable hiking shoes, water and snacks.
