Pavle Krstic

Continuing its long-standing collaboration with the Keyboard Charitable Trust in London, the Pharos Arts Foundation presents a recital with the impressive young pianist Pavle Krstic. Acclaimed by the press for his “individuality, sensitivity, lyricism, as well as dramatic and expressive” playing, Krstic has emerged as a distinctive musical voice of his generation, combining an unusually wide-ranging musical intellect with a strongly individual approach to the piano. He is the recipient of more than 40 prizes at international piano competitions, including the Horowitz Piano Competition in Kyiv and the Pietro Argento International Music Competition in Italy, and he has appeared at such prominent festivals as the Ljubljana Festival, the Ferrara Piano Festival, and Chopiniana Festival in Buenos Aires.

For Cyprus debut on Wednesday 11 November 2026, at The Shoe Factory, Nicosia / 8:30pm, Pavle Krstic will reveal both his finesse and his formidable virtuosity in a programme that will move from Chopin’s late Barcarolle and the complete cycle of Rachmaninov’s intensely expressive Moments Musicaux, into the vivid sound-worlds of Ginastera and Séverac, before culminating in the masterful piano transcription of Stravinsky’s ballet The Firebird.

The concert is kindly supported by the PwC Foundation and PwC Cyprus.
