Fundraising Event in Support of Cyprus Association of Kidney Patients’ Friends

The Cyprus Association of Kidney Patients’ Friends, with the support of the Rotary Club of Nicosia, is organising a special fundraising event at the Presidential Palace to raise funds in support of the Association’s important work and its continued assistance to kidney patients.

The event will be held under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr Nicos Christodoulides, who will be represented by the Minister of Health, Mr Neophytos Charalambides.

The guest speaker will be Dr Kypros Constantinou, Nephrologist.

During the event, the First Lady of the Republic of Cyprus Philippa Karsera Christodoulides will be honoured for her valuable contribution to the Association during her tenure as Honorary President. Special recognition will also be given to Ms Clea Hadjistephanou Papaellina, Deputy Minister of Culture and former President of the Cyprus Association of Kidney Patients’ Friends, for her tireless contribution to the Association.

The event will conclude with a dance performance by renowned dancer Christos Shakallis and his group, followed by a reception.

All net proceeds will be donated to the Cyprus Association of Kidney Patients’ Friends, supporting its continued work for kidney patients.
