    About This Event

At the Resource Networking Club, we’ll explore our inner world and discuss an issue we can all relate to: Anxiety as a Way of Life: Why Can’t We Stop Trying to Control Everything?

We all sometimes worry about what has already happened, what is happening right now and is beyond our control, and especially about things that might never happen at all.

Our speaker, Yulia Maleeva, a practicing psychologist and Gestalt therapist, invites you to talk about anxiety and fears without medical jargon, attempts to diagnose anyone, or the idea that “normal people never feel anxious.”
