Óris X The Clumsies

ÓRIS Fire Kitchen & Bar, located in the heart of Trilogy in Limassol, welcomes the team of The Clumsies from Athens again as part of their ongoing collaboration, for two distinct evenings on Wednesday 21 and Friday 23 October 2026.

Since its first day of operation, ÓRIS has been a meeting point for various creative forces. The restaurant and bar was designed in collaboration with the renowned Lambs & Lions Studio Berlin, Athenagoras Kostakos as Culinary Director, and the award-winning The Clumsies of Athens for the cocktail menu they created exclusively for ÓRIS.

On the occasion of the completion of ÓRIS's first year of operation, two members of The Clumsies team return to present three new cocktails. Through this two-day presence, together with the Resident DJ, they will convey their creative philosophy and contemporary approach to cocktail making.

The Mediterranean Negroni remains on the menu through a Mediterranean perspective, with tomato water, olive oil and basil. The Paloma Raspberry, with blanco tequila, beetroot-raspberry shrub, lime and grapefruit soda, moves in a fruitier and fresher direction, while the Garden Current Highball combines London Dry Gin, Pino Mugo, lemon & celery cordial and premium Indian tonic, completing the experience with a more botanical character.

ÓRIS has evolved into something more than a restaurant and bar. With a focus on gastronomy, hospitality and bar experience, it continues to invest in collaborations that shape its character and identity and is a reference point for contemporary cocktail culture in Limassol.

On 21 and 23 October, visitors will have the opportunity to meet the team of The Clumsies up close and taste the three new cocktails, in two evenings dedicated to creativity, in an atmospheric setting with urban aesthetics and cosmopolitan character.
