Trinity Sport Camp

Trinity Sport Camp | 26–30 October 2026, Limassol

Five days of movement for children aged 6–8 and 9–12: two days of basketball, two days of football and a final mini-football tournament. Every day includes two training sessions, a short theory session and active team games.

Day-by-day programme

Day 1. "First Touch": meet basketball
Training: stance, moving around the court, dribbling with both hands, passing and catching in pairs. Theory: history of basketball, basic rules and court markings. Games: dribble tag, basketball relays and coordination drills.
Result: first basketball skills and knowledge of the rules.

Day 2. "Accurate Shot & Teamwork": building skills
Training: close-range shots, free throws, footwork, 3×3 mini-games and defence basics. Theory: player positions, referee signals and common beginner mistakes. Games: capture the flag, "Square" and dribbling relays.
Result: more accurate shooting and first teamwork skills.

Day 3. "Meet the Ball": first steps in football
Training: dribbling, stopping, passing and shooting at goal. Theory: history of football, basic rules, pitch markings and player positions. Games: Newcomb ball, tail tag and team relays.
Result: core football techniques and better coordination.

Day 4. "Team & Tactics": getting ready for the tournament
Training: passing on the move, 2-on-1 and 3-on-2 situations, defence, fast attacks and positional play. Theory: tactical formations, tournament rules and team strategies. Games: obstacle course, mini-football and ball relays.
Result: practised teamwork and readiness for the tournament.

Day 5. "The Big Final": football tournament and awards
Team draw, group stage, individual contests (penalties, dribbling, keepy-uppies), play-offs and final matches. The day ends with awards and certificates, a group photo and a closing feedback session.
Result: a real tournament experience and recognition of each child's progress.
