Jeffrey Hoffens at Winecase

One more live cooking experience dedicated to lovers of good meat and fire-based cooking.

Following the impressive response from the public and the high demand, Jeffrey Hoffens returns to Winecase in Limassol on Wednesday 28 October, for another live cooking experience dedicated to lovers of good meat and fire-based cooking.

Taking advantage of the 28 October public holiday, the event will start earlier, at 17:30, and will last for more hours, giving guests the chance to enjoy a special gastronomic experience.

The focus will be on four select cuts of beef:

• Argentinian Fillet Tenderloin
• Australian Ribeye
• Brazilian Picanha
• Australian Wagyu Tomahawk 1,200 grams

All will be grilled live on the impressive, distinctive round OFYR Wooden Fire Barbecue grills, with fire taking the lead role in the preparation process.

The cuts will be served together with traditional Spanish paella, while Winecase will select wines also available by the glass, for ideal pairings with the dishes of the day.

The appointment is on Wednesday 28 October, from 17:30, at Winecase, for an afternoon with select meat, fire, paella and wine.
