Environmental Hike, Forest Archery and Brunch in Nicosia

Environmental Hike, Forest Archery and Brunch is a free outdoor event taking place in Nicosia, Cyprus on Sunday, 31 October 2026, as part of the Eurodesk Time to Move campaign. Organised by PlanBe, Plan It Be It NGO, the activity runs from 09:00 to 13:00 at Tamassos Dam in Pera Oreinis, combining environmental education, archery and a traditional brunch. Spots are limited.

Participants will begin with an environmental walk around Tamassos Dam, where interactive learning stations introduce young people to Eurodesk, Erasmus+, DiscoverEU, the European Solidarity Corps and other European mobility opportunities. The walk encourages reflection on personal goals and future ambitions across Europe. 🌍

The forest archery session follows, symbolically representing "aiming for your next European opportunity." It is delivered through non-formal education methods, combining outdoor learning, environmental awareness and teamwork. The activity concludes with a reflection and information-sharing session, directing participants to Eurodesk resources.

All equipment is provided, along with a traditional brunch and a certified first aider with a comprehensive first aid kit on site.

Priority will be given to young people aged 18–35 and individuals facing socio-economic difficulties. All selected participants will be notified on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.
