    About This Event

"One Picture, a Thousand… Silences" is a creative workshop for children aged 6–10 at the Leventis Gallery in Nicosia, led by Alexia Viktoros on Saturday 31 October 2026, 10:30–12:00. Children use mime and artwork observation to recreate art and build collaborative stories.

"One Picture, a Thousand… Silences" is a creative workshop for children aged 6–10 at the Leventis Gallery in Nicosia, Cyprus, led by Alexia Viktoros on Saturday 31 October 2026, from 10:30 to 12:00. Inspired by the saying "a picture is worth a thousand words", this imaginative session blends mime, art observation, and collaborative storytelling into one vibrant morning of creativity.

🎟️ Ticket prices start from €10.

Young participants are first invited to listen… to the silence. Through mime, they observe, interpret and recreate selected artworks from their own unique perspective, building a gallery that is entirely their own. When those "thousand silences" give way to "thousand words", the images transform into stories — as children gather characters, ideas and moments to craft an original tale inspired by their living pictures.

🎨 The story created together will be sent to all participants as a keepsake of their shared creative experience!

The workshop is delivered in Greek. Reservations are required — places are limited.
