The Neighborhood of Sine Volos

The festival "The Neighborhood of Sine Volos" returns for a third consecutive year, from 4 to 8 November 2026, inviting residents and visitors to meet and discover different spots in a neighborhood of Limassol.

The new edition by the Center of Performing Arts 'Mitos builds on the experience of the previous two years and continues to explore how art and culture can create meaningful meeting places for participation and exchange.

For five days, a network of artists and partners will present entertaining and participatory activities centered on oral stories, narratives, new experiences and human connection. The program is aimed both at residents of the area and at people from the rest of the city.

The activities will activate different spaces in the neighborhood, connecting:

• Sine Volos Park
• Adult Engagement Centre
• Yard of the Social Pantry
• Vavylas Association
• Giapouna Café

The initiative is not limited to the five-day festival, but develops through activities before and after the event, creating a more stable relationship with the neighborhood and its people.

The festival is curated by Elena Agathokleous, co-designed with Theodoris Kouros, Konstantina Peter and Eleni Pasia. The event is organized in cooperation with the Department of Communication and Internet Studies of TEPAK.
