A two-day event with experts worth getting to know

From psychological resilience and mindfulness to nutrition, the microbiome, longevity, culture and the power of human connection, the Lidl Wellness Camp 2026 brings together people who have something meaningful to share.

And this is its greatest value: it does not simply invite us to attend a programme. It invites us to get to know the people behind the knowledge and to take away from each one something that can become part of our everyday lives.

With the Lidl Wellness Camp, Lidl Cyprus once again creates a space where knowledge meets experience and wellbeing translates into small, practical choices for a better life.
