"Awaiting" is a free black comedy theatre production by Double Black Productions, playing across three venues in Nicosia and the Troodos village of Kyperounta throughout November 2026, Cyprus. A darkly funny exploration of absurdity and the unknown, the show is suitable for all ages and runs for 80 minutes. Advance phone booking is required for all performances.
The play follows a group of friends who find themselves in a strange place with no memory of how they arrived. A receptionist greets them with a single instruction: wait. What follows is a journey through humour, unease, and the unsettling comfort of not knowing what comes next.
