STYX Film Encounters is transforming Pantheon Theatre in Nicosia, Cyprus into Mushnik's Flower Shop for a very special one-night screening of Little Shop of Horrors (1986). Come in costume and get in for free — plus stay for a live discussion after the film.
Frank Oz's beloved cult horror-musical follows Seymour (Rick Moranis), a timid flower shop assistant who discovers a peculiar plant with an insatiable — and deeply unsettling — appetite. Packed with unforgettable songs, sharp dark humour, and practical effects that still hold up today, it remains one of cinema's most gloriously strange genre hybrids.
🌿 In collaboration with Groundt Plant Store, the Pantheon will be decorated to bring Mushnik's Flower Shop to life, with a few surprises in store. Following the screening, musician Arsenis Agisilaou will join for a post-film discussion.
