The 17th Pension Forum comes at a particularly critical juncture for the future of Cyprus's pension system. With the country facing a significant and comprehensive pension reform, the Forum will serve as a meeting point for discussing the changes shaping the new landscape and their impact on employees, employers, Welfare and Pension Funds, and the broader economy. Representatives of the State, institutional bodies, professional funds, employers, investors, and market experts will examine the challenges and opportunities created, with emphasis on pension adequacy and sustainability, system modernization, the role of professional funds, and ensuring a more resilient pension future for future generations.
